The company has made an agreement with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alespri.com\/\"><strong>ALESPRI<\/strong><\/a> to install its industrial waste water treatment technology at their manufacturing plant in Benicarl\u00f3 (Castell\u00f3n).<\/p>\n<p>The plant manufactures anodised aluminium ferrules and caps for perfume, pharmaceutical and air freshener sprays and is to be equipped with <strong>INERCO<\/strong>\u2019s technology, which will enable <strong>the recovery of over 95% of the water used in the production plant, a saving of over 60,000\u00a0m<sup>3<\/sup><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>ALESPRI is one of the major manufacturers in the sector, producing over 1.5 billion pieces, of which 90 per cent are exported around the world. Specifically, <strong>INERCO<\/strong>\u2019s work will consist in the installation of a \u201czero liquid discharge\u201d system which will recover over 95% of the water used at the company\u2019s production plants and the completely eliminate any kind of external liquid discharge.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>turnkey project<\/strong> includes the <strong><u><a href=\"http:\/\/www.inerco.com\/es\/inerco-corporacion\/tecnologia\/tratamiento-de-aguas\/plantas-de-tratamiento-fisico-quimico\">treatment of all waste water through ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis and vacuum evaporation<\/a><\/u><\/strong>.
