INERCO<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0has been awarded the 2015 ENERSIS Group (ENDESA\u2013Chile)<\/a> Suppliers award in the category \u201cExcellence as a Service Provider in Large Projects\u201d in recognition of its work to reduce emissions and improve energy efficiency at the Bocamina power station<\/strong>\u00a0in the commune of Coronel (Region VIII).<\/p>\n

INERCO<\/strong> is the leading technology company in the area and is carrying out work in the fields of industrial engineering<\/a>, the environment<\/a>, industrial safety<\/a> and workplace risk prevention<\/a>. The award ceremony, which took place during the Sixth Congress of Enersis Suppliers 2015, was attended byINERCO Tecnolog\u00eda Chile<\/strong> general manager Julio Monta\u00f1\u00e9s<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

INERCO<\/strong> has worked as a supplier to the ENDESA Group since 1990. The Enersis Group award was given to the project to install a technological solution to reduce NOx (nitrogen oxide) emissions<\/a> at the Bocamina I power station, which has enabled the plant to comply with new emissions regulations for thermal electric stations (Supreme Decree No. 13\/2011 of the Ministry for the Environment).<\/p>\n

The technology installed at the plant in Chile has been validated in similar projects at a various thermal power stations around the world, representing the application of advanced solutions adapted to the specific circumstances of each case.<\/p>\n
