Magdalena Strachinescu, head of the New Technology and Innovation Unit of the <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/energy\/\">European Commission Directorate General for Energy<\/a>; John Gale,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.iea.org\/countries\/membercountries\/unitedkingdom\/\">general director of the Greenhouse Gases programme of the International Energy Agency in the United Kingdom<\/a>;
