This refinery complex, operated 50\/50 by multinationals <strong>CEPSA and REPSOL<\/strong>, is one of the major producers of bitumen in Spain.<\/p>\n<p><strong>INERCO<\/strong> \u2014<a href=\"http:\/\/www.inerco.com\/es\/inerco-corporacion\/ingenieria\/servicios-de-ingenieria\">with its resources from the Engineering Division and support from its office in Tarragona<\/a>\u2014 will be in charge of implementing a large part of the projects in this sector that will develop over the next three years (with the extension of one more, until 2021).
