INERCO<\/strong><\/a> has successfully introduced its ABACO technology for the reduction of emissions and energy optimization<\/a> in two of the thermal power plants operated by Iberdrola in Spain: those of Velilla (Palencia) and Lada (Asturias)<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In the case of the Palencia plant, INERCO<\/strong><\/a> has installed the ABACO\u2014Flexicom<\/a> technology in the plant\u00b4s six coal mills, which brought on the first stage of a series of proposed measures for the fulfilment of the objectives defined by the Industrial Emissions Directive of the European Commission (EC)<\/strong> referred to in the NOx chapter<\/strong>. Good results obtained in this first phase have allowed IBERDROLA<\/strong> to have today a real alternative that is reliable and at a lower cost to the catalytic applications of technologies.<\/strong><\/p>\n
