{"id":3920,"date":"2017-06-26T14:02:28","date_gmt":"2017-06-26T12:02:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/inercomunicacion.com\/?p=3920\/"},"modified":"2017-09-22T10:27:47","modified_gmt":"2017-09-22T08:27:47","slug":"seminars-on-legal-developments-and-practical-solutions-for-safety-and-health-at-work-in-portugal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/inercomunicacion.com\/en\/seminars-on-legal-developments-and-practical-solutions-for-safety-and-health-at-work-in-portugal\/","title":{"rendered":"SEMINARS ON LEGAL DEVELOPMENTS AND PRACTICAL SOLUTIONS FOR SAFETY AND HEALTH AT WORK IN PORTUGAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.inreco.pt\/\"><strong>INERCO Portugal<\/strong><\/a> has celebrated <strong>in Lisbon<\/strong> a technical session focused on <strong>legal developments and practical solutions regarding Safety and Health at Work in the industry.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This conference allowed for going further in depth with <strong>new EU regulations and their next implementation<\/strong> in Portugal. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/conchi-p%C3%A9rez-torres-00232057\/\">Concepci\u00f3n P\u00e9rez, Technician of the <strong>Division of Risk Prevention of INERCO<\/strong><\/a>, explained the new developments that the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.insht.es\/portal\/site\/Insht\/menuitem.1f1a3bc79ab34c578c2e8884060961ca\/?vgnextoid=97bc61cb8f1ef310VgnVCM1000008130110aRCRD&amp;vgnextchannel=ff3cc6b33a9f1110VgnVCM100000dc0ca8c0RCRD\">European Directive 2013\/35\/EU<\/a> on the minimum health and safety requirements regarding the <strong>exposure of workers to electromagnetic fields <\/strong>will bring, a regulation that substitutes the Directive 2004\/40\/EC and that <strong>will come into force in Portugal very soon<\/strong>. After one year of the transposition of this new Directive in Spain, the expert at <strong>INERCO<\/strong> explained to the participants the main developments that contribute as well as practical tips for its application.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bruno Batista<\/strong>, of <strong>INERCO Portugal<\/strong>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/jos%C3%A9-luis-gald%C3%B3n-garc%C3%ADa-39120826\/\">Jos\u00e9 Luis Gald\u00f3n, of the <strong>Division of Risk Prevention of INERCO<\/strong><\/a>, demonstrated<strong> specific solutions for machinery and work equipment<\/strong> resulting from existing EU regulations, a speech that provided a<a href=\"http:\/\/www.inerco.pt\/seguranca-e-prevencao\/prevencao-de-riscos-laborais\"> breakdown of services \u2014turnkey\u2014<\/a> of the implementation of solutions in machines and work equipment resulting from the application of this regulation, with the criteria of Safety, Production and Maintenance and practical examples.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='vw-custom-tiled-gallery galleryid-3920 clearfix' data-gallery-layout='213'><figure class='gallery-item'><a title=\"\"  href='https:\/\/inercomunicacion.com\/es\/wp-content\/uploads\/inerco-prevencao-riscos-laborais-jose-luis-galdon-concepcion-perez-bruno-batista.jpg'><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"375\" src=\"https:\/\/inercomunicacion.com\/es\/wp-content\/uploads\/inerco-prevencao-riscos-laborais-jose-luis-galdon-concepcion-perez-bruno-batista-600x375.jpg\" class=\"attachment-vw_two_third_thumbnail size-vw_two_third_thumbnail\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/figure><figure class='gallery-item'><a title=\"\"  href='https:\/\/inercomunicacion.com\/es\/wp-content\/uploads\/inerco-portugal-sessao-tecnica-prevencao-riscos-laborais.jpg'><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"375\" src=\"https:\/\/inercomunicacion.com\/es\/wp-content\/uploads\/inerco-portugal-sessao-tecnica-prevencao-riscos-laborais-600x375.jpg\" class=\"attachment-vw_two_third_thumbnail size-vw_two_third_thumbnail\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n<p>The last point of the Technical Session focused on methodologies \u2018Zero Accidents\u2019 currently applied by<a href=\"http:\/\/www.inerco.com\/\"><strong> INERCO<\/strong><\/a> worldwide, an objective to which the companies make strong efforts each year. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.inerco.com\/es\/inerco-corporacion\/seguridad-y-prevencion\/prevencion-de-riesgos-laborales\">Pablo Navarro, manager of INERCO Risk Prevention<\/a>, addressed the <strong>methodology to carry out diagnostics that clarify problems with accidents that occur in day-to-day work, <\/strong>as well as the tools applied to minimize accidents, because, as he stated, \u201cdespite the efforts made involving safety, it is not difficult to see how accident rates are stagnant or go up, or sometimes fatal accidents occur or even high levels of accident rates are maintained\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>For <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/artur-landeiro-lopes-815451ab\/\">Artur Landeiro, General Manager of INERCO Portugal<\/a>, this Technical Session has allowed his participants \u2014representatives of the main business sectors and public administration\u2014 <strong>to have in-depth knowledge of useful tools for day-to-day management regarding Safety and Health for workers<\/strong>, \u201can area of great sensitivity and necessary action, for which <strong>INERCO<\/strong> has more than 30\u00a0years of experience in different industrial sectors and with projects in over 60\u00a0countries all over the world\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>INERCO Portugal has celebrated in Lisbon a technical session focused on legal developments and practical solutions regarding Safety and Health at Work in the industry.
