INERCO Colombia participates in the Work Safety and Culture meeting

INERCO Colombia has participated as a sponsor in the second round of the Latin American Work Safety and Culture meeting in the city of Bogotá. It is an event attended by Directors of Health and Safety in the Workplace, generating an exchange of experiences that allows organisations to create solutions for improving in this field.

The workshops lasted for 2 days, with the participation of 40 companies from different sectors: oil&gas, cement, food, services, consultancy, with high-level talks covering topics such as neuroleadership applied to safety, relationship models in HSE and the ISO 45000. INERCO Colombia’s conference dealt with Strategic Planning in Health and Safety in the Workplace, focused on questioning:

• Is Health and Safety in the Workplace aligned to the operational objectives of the company?
• Errors in the identification of management priorities?
• Wasted resources?
• Excessive bureaucracy?
