INERCO is committed to a new hybrid work model  and open space offices based on flexibility

  • The new hybrid work and office model will be implemented in all INERCO headquarters. It comes into force in the coming months of 2021.
  • The new model will enhance the reconciliation of private life with work, increasing employee satisfaction and aims to gain competitiveness and productivity and offers the possibility of teleworking 3 days a week.

INERCO presented its new hybrid work and office model to the entire company, with the aim of adapting its ways of working to new technological capabilities and business reality. This model will make it possible to enhance the reconciliation of private life with work life and increase employee satisfaction. You will also gain competitiveness and productivity to offer a better service to your customers.

The Andalusian multinational began to develop the new hybrid work model before the pandemic, which was recently defined taking into account the satisfactory experience of telework implemented since the state of health emergency was decreed. The start-up is scheduled for the end of this year in those countries where the sanitary conditions for it already exist.

The implementation of the innovative hybrid work and office model in the INERCO Group establishes the possibility of teleworking 3 days a week with flexibility in the allocation of those days. Both face-to-face work and telework will continue to be carried out in the same flexible time frame currently in force in each country where INERCO has its headquarters. The HR Department carried out a complete benchmarking analysis to define the aspects to take into account in a successful implementation of this model. In this sense, cohesion and / or facilitating measures will be promoted to maintain contact with colleagues, the strength of the group and the culture and values of the company.

A new arrangement of office spaces will be established, establishing open spaces with unassigned workstations, eliminating personal offices, and enabling meeting rooms and offices in the work areas that will be occupied on demand and a specific APP will be available. for the management of job reservations.

As Julio Granja, INERCO Human Resources Director, says, “We are convinced of the positive impact that this new hybrid work model will have. In particular, it will result in a better reconciliation of private life with work life, and will further enhance the flexibility of our working hours, both in force practically since the beginning of our career for almost 40 years. We have counted on the entire INERCO team to arrive at this definition”.
