INERCO meets with the General Director of Energy of the Junta de Andalucía with the aim of identifying lines of collaboration for the sustainable industrial development of Andalusia

As a continuation of the meeting of September 9, 2021 between the INERCO management team and the Commissioner for Climate Change and Energy Model of the Junta de Andalucía, Manuel Larrasa, General Director of Energy and Ana María Peña, Head of the Planning Service and Projects of the Junta de Andalucía, met with Pedro Marín, General Director and the management team of INERCO.

At this meeting, held at INERCO’s headquarters, the representatives of the Junta de Andalucía learned about the experience, technical capacity and high value developed by INERCO and its technologies and specialized services in the field of renewable energy, green hydrogen, storage and energy management; shaping effective solutions for the energy transition and decarbonization of key industrial sectors in Andalusia (electricity, chemical, oil & gas, mining, steel, cement, etc.).

At the meeting, lines of joint collaboration for the sustainable industrial development of Andalusia were identified and analyzed. According to the general manager of INERCO, Pedro Marín, “for INERCO it is of great interest to contribute to the industrial sector of Andalusia our extensive experience, knowledge and advanced technological solutions in matters of energy transition”.

During the visit, the General Director of Energy and the Head of the Planning and Projects Service of the Junta de Andalucía shared experiences with Patricio Navarro, Director of Business Development and José Antonio Peregrín, Head of Innovation at INERCO and toured the INERCO facilities and they were able to know the current projects in execution and development, both nationally and internationally.
