Comprehensive cycle in Safety and Prevention in new machinery of an industry in the cardboard sector

INERCO has implemented safety solutions in the work equipment of a production line of an important multinational company in the paper and cardboard sector. Specifically, a comprehensive cycle in workplace risk prevention has been carried out for a new line installed in the factory, with audits for compliance with the Royal Decree 1215/1997, as well as the subsequent implementation of preventative solutions and measures to avoid the identified risks.

The work carried out by INERCO’s technical team is based on the provisions of the Royal Decree 1215/1997, identifying the potential risks associated with each of the pieces of equipment that the line comprises, and designing and implementing, in turn-key mode, solutions of different types: safety guards and protections, interlocking devices, sensors, photocells, microswitches, sensitive edges, signage, ATEX, etc.
