INERCO joins Cre100DO programme companies
INERCO has joined the Cre100DO programme, an initiative launched by the Bankinter Innovation Foundation, ICEX and the Círculo de Empresarios to contribute to the evolution of Spain’s production model towards a model based on more innovative, competitive and internationalised companies with more added value.
A total of 20 new companies, which all went through a thorough selection process, have recently joined this initiative. With these new additions, CRE100DO has now reached 50 member companies, half of its initial Roadmap target of 100 Spanish companies invoicing between 25 and 500m euros, to become 100 big businesses forging the way for others.
At the ceremony, attended by INERCO’s general director Pedro Marín and economic and financial director Jorge Pandelet, speakers discussed the Spanish companies’ need for growth and greater excellence. According to CRE100DO director Carlos Mira, “middle market” companies (invoicing between 50 million and 1 billion euros) are those “that can have the greatest impact in transforming Spain’s industrial fabric.”
Together with INERCO, the group comprises companies from the sectors of engineering, renewable energy, the chemicals industry, fashion, food and agriculture, toys and leisure and others.
