INERCO INFORMS FUTURE ENGINEERS ABOUT THE PROFESSIONAL WORLD AT THE MEETING OF ENGINEERING AND EMPLOYMENT (ESIEM)
INERCO has for another year participated in the Meeting of Engineering and Employment (ESIEM) 2015, an initiative that through various initiatives aims to strengthen links between companies in the sector and students of the Seville Higher Technical School of Engineering (ETSI). Representatives from INERCO’s Resources and Media department, led by departmental director Julio Granja Devós, attended the event, both in the meeting with students themselves and at the company stand, where INERCO answered students’ queries. In fact, the INERCO information point was visited by numerous students interested in opportunities to expand their training at INERCO.
Julio Granja gave ETSI students a presentation on INERCO’s project and specific information of about the company. INERCO has close ties to the School of Engineers in Seville and is recognised as the first spin-off of the University of Seville in 2013. During his address, INERCO’s Resources and Media director emphasised the company’s commitment to training students through internships at the company. He also gave attendees an overview of the main disciplines INERCO works in, both from its headquarters in Seville and in the other countries where it is present (Brazil, Colombia, Chile, the United States, Mexico, Portugal and Peru): engineering for industrial projects, the development of clean technologies for emissions reduction, energy efficiency, the exploitation of renewable energies, noise control and industrial waste water treatment. The company also provides consulting services in the fields of the environment, industrial safety, workplace risk prevention and professional emergency and rescue training.
