INERCO has reinforced its corporate organisational chart to boost the growth of the coordination of lines of business in the countries in which the group has its own office (Brazil, Chile, Colombia, United States, Spain, Mexico, Peru and Portugal). With these guidelines, the Management Committee has approved the creation of two new management positions, focussing on Technology and Engineering, on the one hand, and Consulting on the other, which encompasses INERCO’s three main lines of work in the world.

These two new management positions will support and facilitate the meeting of the targets of the new INERCO Group Strategic Plan for the next decade, a document with a clear commitment to internationalisation and technological innovation as references.

At the head of Technology and Engineering Management will be Francisco J. Rodríguez Barea, industrial engineer and associate professor at the University of Seville, and head of the Division of Industrial Processes  since its creation in 2005. This new management position will coordinate the work of two of INERCO’s main lines across the world with the aim of securing INERCO’s commitment to innovation and excellence.

The Management of the Division of Industrial Processes will be assumed by Enrique Tova Holgado, industrial engineer and current boss of the Department of Processes Engineering at INERCO, who enters this new role after more than a decade working in this Division, in which he coordinated the expansion of the ABACO technology for optimisation and reduction in emissions throughout the world.

Francisco Javier Hoces-Moral López will be the new Managing Director of Consulting, a strategic area that will coordinate, on a global level, the lines of business of the INERCO Group focussing on the fields of Health, Safety and the Environment (HSE), where INERCO is a tried and tested leader. Industrial Engineer and Senior Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention (specialising in Safety in the Workplace) Francisco Javier Hoces – Moral developed his professional career at INERCO for twelve years, the last five of which at the head of INERCO Consulting Colombia as General Manager.

INERCO Consulting Colombia General Manager Laura Fernández Baco will occupy her role at INERCO Consulting Colombia, a graduate in Biology and Project Manager in the INERCO Environment Division. Laura Fernández returns to Colombia as the highest authority of the Group subsidiary in the Latin American country where she already served as Head of Environmental Studies in 2013.

With these new appointments, INERCO reinforces its international corporate structure,  made up of 17 companies with a presence in 8 countries, projects in more than 60 and clear commitment to development and innovation in the five continents.
