INERCO and Dira Reliability jointly offer their solutions for digitisation, reliability and asset integrity in the field of industrial maintenance

INERCO has signed a collaboration agreement with DiraReliability for the joint offer of services in reliability, asset integrity, technological solutions and digitalisation in the field of maintenance and asset management, complementing the solutions that both companies offer in this field and enhancing their individual capabilities.

DiraReliability, winner of the second edition of the INERCO OpenInnovationprogramme, has a wide portfolio of innovative technological solutions in the fields of predictive maintenance, on-site projects, digital transformation of industrial plant maintenance and specialised maintenance training.

As Juan Santos, Director of INERCO’s Safety Division, comments, “these activities complement INERCO‘s line of asset reliability and integrity services, which, through the implementation of methodologies and techniques such as FMECA studies, ACR, RAMs, RBI, RCM, etc., aim to improve availability and optimise asset integrity management, with more than 30 years’ experience in sectors such as oil & gas, chemicals, petrochemicals, mining, steel, paper and infrastructure, among others”.

“For Dira, this alliance is a recognition of our expertise, which, coming from a company with a 35-year history, reaffirms us in our day-to-day work. At the same time, it opens up the possibility of reaching customers and markets that we do not have today,” says CEO Rubén Ramírez.

DiraReliability‘s high technological and service specialisation component also has synergies with INERCO‘s Technology activities, from which it offers, among many others, advanced solutions for noise and vibration reduction in industry. This know-how, added to DiraReliability’s experience in vibration analysis, makes them technological partners for the resolution of dynamic and acoustic problems in industrial installations.

The agreement signed has both national and international clients as target markets, where both companies have extensive experience. DiraReliability has developed projects in both Spain and Portugal and INERCO has its own offices in Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Spain, India, Mexico, Peru, Portugal and the USA, and has developed projects in more than 70 countries.
