INERCO signs a strategic partnership with the British company HU-TECH to offer advanced services on Occupational Health & Safety

INERCO signed a strategic partnership agreement with HU-TECH, a leading British company in the application of Human Factors and Human Factors Engineering (HFE) in Risk Management, among other disciplines in Occupational Health & Safety.

This partnership creates a multidisciplinary team focused on the development of services in Human Factors Engineering (HFE) in Europe and Latin America. This collaboration extends the development of INERCO’s Occupational Health and Safety line at its various locations.

INERCO and HU-TECH will jointly develop HFE services in these markets with the help of their teams of qualified professionals, who bring extensive experience in projects for the most important Engineering and Operating companies in the Oil & Gas, Energy, Steel, Chemical or Petrochemical sectors, amongst others.

For Pablo Navarro, Responsible for OH&S business area of INERCO, this alliance represents a reinforcement of INERCO’s position in the field of Advanced Prevention for the industry “In Spain, Portugal, the rest of Europe and Latin America, where we have extensive experience and references in this ambit”.

Navarro highlights the boost that this agreement between INERCO and HU-TECH will provide for the development of Human Factors Engineering studies, “essential to prevent occupational, industrial and catastrophic accidents from the project phase, avoiding incurring in the costs of corrective future actions and increasing the operability of the facilities”.

For Dr Ian Randle, Managing Director of HU-TECH, the collaboration agreement with INERCO will make it possible to consolidate its services in an emerging market such as Latin America, “where we can consolidate our expertise in the field of advanced Occupational Risk Prevention with the help of an ideal partner ideal in INERCO”.
