INERCO performs occupational risk assessments for the main mining companies operating in the ‘Faja Piritica’ of Huelva (Spain)

INERCO undertakes various actions in Occupational Risk Prevention for two major projects in the main mining sites in the province of Huelva (Spain). Specifically,  experts from INERCO‘s Occupational Risk Prevention Division are updating the occupational risk assessment of two important mining production centers in the ‘Faja Pirítica’ of Huelva, for two multinational mining companies.

INERCO‘s extensive experience in over 70 countries and on four continents in the field of Occupational Risk Prevention and Safety for industry has provided a guarantee for these projects of special relevance for the human teams of both companies.

As Pablo Navarro, manager of INERCO Risk Prevention, says “mining is making an important commitment to prevention and safety of its processes and workers, as the central axis of its productive model, so these types of studies and possibilities for permanent improvement place today’s mining industry as the spearhead of Risk Prevention for industrial activity in the world”.

In this way, INERCO expands its references for the international mining sector, where projects of special relevance have already been carried out in the field of environmental control and assessment, prevention of occupational risks and safety, as well as in the implementation of water treatment technologies, in countries with a long history of mining, such as Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Spain and Peru.
